This is a great part time opportunity for a candidate with at least 1 years experience in a professional Office environment. Duties include:

• Acting as the first point of contact and dealing with all enquiries in a professional and efficient manner
• Answering incoming calls (switchboard) and redirecting them appropriately
• Setting up meeting rooms for internal and external meetings
• Organizing conference calls
• Updating calendars for staff meetings
• Coordinating travel arrangements for internal employees
• Managing and distributing emails from the company support inboxes
• Opening and distributing daily mail
• Providing general administrative support to the business units
• Ordering stationery and office supplies
• Delivering an exceptional customer service at all times

The skills and experience required for this role are:

• Experience working as a receptionist/ front of house is essential
• You will need to have strong skills with MS Office
• You will need to be smart and polished with a welcoming attitude
• You will need to be flexible and adaptable in approach
• Great attention to detail and a sense of pride in everything you do is key
• Excellent communication skills and an ability to use your own common sense
